There’s been a lot of media coverage around social justice as well as Diversty, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). Organizations country-wide have been announcing calls to bring greater diversity into the ranks. There have also been pushback from political circles around DE&I training.

On the business benefit side, McKinsey & Associates did a study and found that companies in the top quartile of DE&I are 33% more likely to financially outperform the median companies in their industry, and companies in the top quartile for gender diversity are 21% more likely to have financial returns above the median.
