Mission and Vision

Mission and Vision are the reasons why your organization exists and what it hopes to become. They are the guiding principles for which you are working. However, most organizations only pay lip service to mission and vision and rarely connect activities, programs, behaviors and culture back to this WHY. From communicating how the work that’s being done connects to the mission and vision to how employees see exactly how their role connects to it, mission and vision should permeate everything an organization does.
