Employee Engagement

So much is done in organizations around employee engagement. Are employees committed to their work and their organization? However, there’s little evidence that increased employee engagement leads to increase productivity or results. That’s because, even if employees are engaged, results won’t come forth if they are not connected and aligned with the mission, vision and/or strategic plan of the organization. Aligned organizations have effective employees that are not only engaged, but aligned with why the organization exists.
